Allison Schnell, EdD

Dr. Allison Schnell is a lifelong educator who believes that lasting school improvement begins with relationships, collaboration and a shared vision for student success. With over 20 years in education, she began her career in the classroom and brings that perspective to every partnership she forms with schools and districts. Dr. Schnell holds a Doctorate in Educational Studies, Innovation, and Education Reform, a Master's in Education Leadership, and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and is a certified teacher and administrator. She is passionate about helping educators strengthen instruction, build supportive learning environments, and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.

Ray Sansom, EdS

Ray Sansom is an experienced educational leader with three decades in education and public service. He holds an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science. Ray has served in a variety of leadership roles, including principal, dean of students, and education director, and is a certified Trauma Specialist who provides professional development focused on creating supportive, student-centered environments. He partners with schools and districts to strengthen leadership, improve systems of support, and promote positive outcomes for all learners.
